*SHIPPING is Mondays-Wednesdays, i will not ship a gecko until payment in full has been received and only when it is safe weather on both ends 40-92°,if needed i will provide either cool or warm packs, and not until they reach 15g. * GUARANTEED live arrival ONLY if you are there to receive shipment on 1st attempt normally they arrive by 1030am the next morning after shipping, i will not ship until we have both agreed on the date.

In the case it was no fault of your own i will offer a replacement if i have availability, a refund minus shipping and 25% of price is NOT REFUNDABLE as i am being charged this amount, or i will offer a credit for future purchase not including shipping..SHIPPING COST ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

* PET SALES All of my breeders have known genetics. If i feel we have a gecko that needs to be pet only it will be listed and you will not receive genetic information and should never be bred.
*SEX. I temperature sex all of my eggs TSF(temperature sexed female) TSM(temperature sexed male) mostly accurate but sex is not guaranteed unless it is an adult or older gecko that i have specifically listed as male or female.
* LOCAL PICK UP Cash only or paid in full via Paypal before meeting will take place.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if you cancel an order after they are ready to ship you will not be refunded and forfeit all money and gecko will be placed immediately back for sale.
If you cancel before shipping is ready 25% of cost will be forfeited and SHIPPING COST IS NEVER REFUNDED
