Gecko Obsession is a family hobby we have fell in love with. We currently have 14Â Leopard Geckos that we are starting our breeding journey with plus others for future breedings, our main focus will be in producing excellent Giant and Super Giant Leopard Geckos as well as producing more color. We will also be offering Pet quality. A project i am excited about is a Snow project i am currently getting eggs from in hopes of producing SUPER SNOWS.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL please be sure you have ordered the gecko that you want.
* PAYMENT I accept payments through paypal, make sure to include I.D number.
*SHIPPING is Mondays-Wednesdays, i will not ship a gecko until payment in full has been received and only when it is safe weather on both ends 40-92°,if needed i will provide either cool or warm packs, and not until they reach 15g. Shipping cost vary could be $60 flat or more i will give you the price before purchasing IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN GECKO PRICE
* GUARANTEED live arrival ONLY if you are there to receive shipment on 1st attempt normally they arrive by 1030am the next morning after shipping, i will not ship until we have both agreed on the date.
IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND YOU WILL VOID GUARANTEES OF ALL ASPECTS ALSO YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PURCHASE FROM GECKO OBSESSION AGAIN.
*NO CATERING I do not cater to buyer's remorse, if you decide after purchase that you can't or didn't want to spend that money, spouse got mad or forgot a bill was due.. I am not responsible for your irresponsibility. Make sure you truly are prepared for the purchase.
* I do not cater to well it just isn't nice enough ALL SALES ARE FINAL PERIOD
* IN THE EVENT OF DOA I require photos as soon as you unbox as well as a screen shot of the info part of photo that tells me date and time photo was taken, i also will require an immediate phone call.
Photos of your husbandry, heat pad and thermostat. In the case it was no fault of your own i will offer a replacement if i have availability, a refund minus shipping and 25% of price is NOT REFUNDABLE as i am being charged this amount, or i will offer a credit for future purchase not including shipping..SHIPPING COST ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
* DEPOSIT I will accept a NON REFUNDABLE deposit for a period of 30 days, if you miss payment you will loose all money paid and sale will be void. NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGE NO FUTURE DEPOSIT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY YOU, no animal will ship until paid in full.
* PET SALES All of my breeders have known genetics. If i feel we have a gecko that needs to be pet only it will be listed and you will not receive genetic information and should never be bred.
*SEX. I temperature sex all of my eggs TSF(temperature sexed female) TSM(temperature sexed male) mostly accurate but sex is not guaranteed unless it is an adult or older gecko that i have specifically listed as male or female.
* LOCAL PICK UP Cash only or paid in full via Paypal before meeting will take place.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if you cancel an order after they are ready to ship you will not be refunded and forfeit all money and gecko will be placed immediately back for sale.
If you cancel before shipping is ready 25% of cost will be forfeited and SHIPPING COST IS NEVER REFUNDED
* IN THE EVENT something were to happen to the gecko(s) you have PLACED DEPOSITS on/PAID IN FULL i will give you a complete full refund or offer a replacement and notify you immediately. INCLUDING SHIPPING YOU MAY HAVE PAID
* All geckos are well started and healthy upon leaving Gecko Obsession
* FEMALE/MALE reproduction IS NOT GUARANTEED AND NOTHING I HAVE CONTROL OVER.
